I have over 35 years of experience working with the church world. Although I no longer work in the same capacity with the “church” as I once did I am a Celebrant assisting with funerals and weddings for the religious and especially for those who do not have a church home or do not feel comfortable in religious settings. Whatever your transition of life I am happy to be of service.
…. or visual scribing is a creative contemplative process of live note-taking with images. This usually happens up front so the audience can watch the process (which can be terrifying for me!. ) As the presentation begins I start drawing images of what I am hearing on a giant sheet of paper. Because I don’t know what the speaker is going to say graphic recording requires concentration, flexibility, and the ability to quickly organize the images in a way that makes visual sense.
Graphic recording aids in organization of ideas, reinforces memory, and is perfect for strategic planning. Graphic recording can be used in meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, large assemblies, and small groups.
